Casa Rafaello is a 10-minute stroll to the main beach and Sayulita’s vibrant town square, yet blissfully removed when it’s time to unwind.

Both bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, plush bedding, ample storage, and individual A/C and ceiling fans to ensure restful sleep in any season. The living area offers a seamless indoor-outdoor experience with mountain/ocean views, a breezy lounge space, and a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing beach-day breakfasts or sunset cocktails. Additional amenities include in-suite laundry, high-speed WiFi, and access to a serene lap pool exclusive to Casa Ipomea guests.

Casa Rafaello occupies the top two floors of a modern duplex within the exclusive Casa Ipomea community. Guests enjoy a fully private entrance with a secure keypad lock for seamless self check-in.

The gated complex includes just twelve residences, offering a peaceful, boutique experience.

Onsite amenities include free parking for one motor vehicle and one golf cart, as well as a shared lap pool with stunning mountain views, sun loungers, and a shaded cabana area. Please note that children must be supervised at all times while using the pool.

NOTE: The property features three flights of stairs to access the unit. As such, we are unfortunately unable to sufficiently accommodate those with mobility challenges at this time.
