“Amazing host! “

Mi amigo Rene, was a great host. Clear concise communication, fast response times and lots of options provided, made for excellent vacation. Rene helped facilitate a golf cart and travel to and from the airport, everything worked out flawlessly without a worry.

I would absolutely recommend using Sayulita Property Management, to manage your property.

“10/10 recommend!!”

My husband and I just returned from a week’s stay at Casa Gardina. Rene is the property manager for that Airbnb. He was a pleasure to work with; he was extremely responsive (usually within minutes) and very helpful, sent check-in instructions, photos to help navigate the streets of Sayulita, arranged airport transfers, etc. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

Rene, the caretaker of the property we stayed at was the hidden treasure of our vacation. He helped us set up ways to communicate in Mexico and then guided us or answered any questions we had.He set up transfers from the airport and back; the second we walked out of the airport and saw our name, we knew things would be done well and they were. He gave us ideas about best days to see things and was just as friendly as could be, even seeing us in town and calling a greeting “Hola Jim!” The house we were staying at had one problem during our stay and it was addressed and fixed within the hour. He was amazing. Cheers to Renee and great vacations.

“Wonderful host!”

Casa Stellor was perfect for our three family vacation! The place was beautiful and the views were amazing. It is a nice close 10 minute walk from the towns centre to be part of all the Sayulita action, and far enough to enjoy some quiet time. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool which was perfect for our kids. This place had everything we needed. Rene was very kind and responsive. Thanks so much, Rene! You were a wonderful host! I hope you’ll have us back :)

It’s about a mile from town center/the beach so it was nice and quiet. The house had all the amenities needed to have a good, stress free stay. The indoor/outdoor kitchen was perfect for grilling dinner and enjoying the jungle views and the pool was the perfect reprieve from the heat! Will definitely be staying here again.

The pool was a refreshing escape after excursion filled days.  The location made it quick walk into the center of town.  Rene is a great host who even coordinated our transportation from the airport and to our next stay in PV.

The house is comfortable, the pool pristine, and grounds are beautifully maintained. Everything was very clean. There are bugs which is to be expected so we stored all of our food in the refrigerator and then had no issues. We lost power a few times, but it turned out to be a city issue and not a house issue. Rene was very responsive to this and we were not very affected. Also, we didn’t need a car in Sayulita so Rene set up transportation for us to/from Puerto Vallarta for a very reasonable rate. Our recent stay in Sayulita was nothing short of amazing, thanks to the incredible hospitality we received at this lovely Airbnb. After our initial rental was switched on us without notice, we found ourselves stranded with four kids and in need of a place to stay. Thankfully, we contacted Rene, and he was an absolute lifesaver! Within about an hour, we were settled into his beautiful home, which offered stunning views that were absolutely worth every penny we paid.

Rene was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making our family stay comfortable and enjoyable. Jose, the groundkeeper, was also a delight. At our request, he shared breakfast and coffee with us, and his friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. It's evident that he takes great pride in his work and is dedicated to making guests feel welcome.

Every question we had was answered promptly, and we felt genuinely cared for during our stay. I can't recommend this house enough! If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay with exceptional service in Sayulita, look no further. This place truly made our vacation unforgettable!
